It's the normal practice\u2014and our expectation\u2014for witnesses to tell the truth. There are other tools we can use if we believe witnesses are not telling the truth.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8740456\" data-originallang=\"en\"> I would also say that it is known in this committee that members of Parliament also tell the truth as we opine. I'd say that we're all sworn to tell the truth. I certainly don't have an issue, but I would ask the same of Mr. Brock, as he opines during his questioning, to tell the truth as well.</p>",
