"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"9416469\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, I have the honour to present, in both official languages, the following two reports of the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9416470\" data-originallang=\"en\">The first is the seventh report, entitled \u201cProtecting Canadian Residents from Extreme Weather Events\u201d.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9416471\" data-originallang=\"en\">Pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee requests that the government table a comprehensive response to the seventh report.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9416472\" data-originallang=\"en\">The second is the eighth report, in relation to Bill <a data-HoCid=\"13592619\" href=\"/bills/45-1/C-241/\" title=\"An Act to establish a national strategy respecting flood and drought forecasting\">C-241</a>, an act to establish a national strategy respecting flood and drought forecasting. The committee has studied the bill and has decided to report the bill back to the House with amendments. </p>",
