There have been discussions amongst the parties, and if you seek it, I think you will find unanimous consent to adopt the following motion:</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"9416953\" data-originallang=\"en\"> That, notwithstanding any Standing or Special Order or usual practice of the House, with respect to the consideration of Government Business No. 13: </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9416954\" data-originallang=\"en\"> (a) when no member rises to speak, all questions necessary to dispose of Government Business No. 13 be put forthwith and successively without further debate or amendment; </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9416955\" data-originallang=\"en\"> (b) if a recorded division is requested, it shall not be deferred and the bells to call in the members shall be sounded for not more than 30 minutes. </p>\n</blockquote>",
