Instead, they created a structural deficit for 10 years, and, 10 years later, they have broken the same promise that they made back in 2015 about infrastructure.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9355950\" data-originallang=\"en\">Perhaps tonight will be the night when the minister will finally answer this question and tell me in what year the budget will be balanced.</p>",
