I understand you did not like, or maybe the Liberals did not like, the term \u201cpart-time\u201d, but had I said the \u201ceffervescent\u201d Minister of Transport, that would have been an adjective, the same as I would say a \u201cpart-time\u201d Minister of Transport.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9355466\" data-originallang=\"en\">If you do not find that this is correct, could you please inform me as to whether or not I should be referring to the \u201csometimes\u201d House leaders\u2014</p>",
