Last night during the vote, a Conservative member's vote was not counted because the government made a point of raising an issue with respect to his attire. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8836117\" data-originallang=\"en\">I ask you for clarification on the outfit this member is wearing. As we all know, men must wear a suit jacket and tie in order to speak. I see now that he has actually put a suit coat on. I ask for clarification.</p>",
