There was a dentist among us who was talking about the program and how difficult it is for some dentists to be able to sign up because of the rates the government offers them. Once again, we have this great national program, but we expect people on the ground to take the haircut and take the hit. That does not seem reasonable. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8835657\" data-originallang=\"en\">Of course, these programs are beneficial. They are great, but they have to be managed properly, and one thing I can say about the federal government is that it does not know how to manage anything. If the last 10 years has shown us anything, it is that it has a hard inability to lead or manage anything. </p>",
