Not so long ago, we would have heard the Conservatives proposing such things and we would have seen the Liberals rejecting their proposals in earnest. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8846566\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I do not understand why the Conservatives are upset about the Liberals stealing their program.</p>",
