If the <a data-HoCid=\"314774\" href=\"/politicians/mark-carney/\" title=\"Mark Carney\">Prime Minister</a> really is spending less, the deficit will be lowered.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8959490\" data-originallang=\"en\">Instead of trying to cause a costly election on a costly budget, why not an affordable budget for an affordable life?</p>",
