They are going hungry and are losing their homes. These are all signs of a failing economy, among so many others. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"9002825\" data-originallang=\"en\">Perhaps my colleague could speak to how this budget will deal with the continued failing of our economy. Does he see it as a budget that is going to make it better or continue to make it worse? </p>",
