How many people would receive citizenship immediately or would be affected down the road and thus be a cost to Canadians, both in our health care and in other benefits? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8946203\" data-originallang=\"en\">I wonder if my colleague could tell me what he thinks of the seriousness of the government, which is trying to plow through Bill <a data-HoCid=\"13546143\" href=\"/bills/45-1/C-3/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Citizenship Act (2025)\">C-3</a> without taking these implications into the process. </p>",
