The killing of innocent civilians is completely unacceptable. The decisions of the International Court of Justice are binding. The level of civilian suffering is catastrophic.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8423563\" data-originallang=\"fr\">That is why there must be an immediate ceasefire.</p>",
