What Bill <a data-HoCid=\"9745407\" href=\"/bills/42-1/C-75/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Youth Criminal Justice Act and other Acts and to make consequential amendments to other Acts\">C-75</a> did was codify a Supreme Court decision called \u201cAntic\u201d. The law was already in place. We took that law from the court cases and put it into the Criminal Code. That is what codification involves.</p>",
