Obviously, he is a little bit slower today for some reason. He does not understand that we cannot spend money we do not have. It is a very basic principle. The fact that the <a data-HoCid=\"214296\" href=\"/politicians/justin-trudeau/\" title=\"Justin Trudeau\">Prime Minister</a> and his NDP-Liberals have produced more debt and made this country more indebted than all other prime ministers combined shows a lack of fiscal understanding from everyone on those benches.</p>",
