Mexico came to the table and what happened was really phenomenal: Mexico became the U.S.'s number one trading partner in only four years after signing, while Canada has dropped to third.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8729706\" data-originallang=\"en\">Why does the <a data-HoCid=\"263831\" href=\"/politicians/chrystia-freeland/\" title=\"Chrystia Freeland\">finance minister</a> think, if she could not sign a deal that made and kept Canada number one, that we will have anything different this time?</p>",
