Canada and the United States work together as part of a larger, binational military organization. That is NORAD. Together with NATO, we are all interconnected. Canada and the United States are NATO's western flank. We are geostrategically important, and we have to work with our American partners. We cannot work independently.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8730140\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I would remind him that if Quebec should delight him by separating someday, it will have to engage with the rest of Canada to help defend Quebec. He should keep that in mind.</p>",
