Those documents have yet to be provided. That is why, at the beginning of my speech, I referenced the gravity of what we are dealing with here today. I was very disturbed by the government House leader, who used the Charter of Rights to move us away from what is at stake, which is the ability of Parliament to do its job for Canadians. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8594686\" data-originallang=\"en\">We want the documents today. When the government is willing to provide those documents, we will be able to move on with the other important matters of this House that we all want to deal with. That is the issue at hand.</p>",
