However, there are limits to that. Perhaps my colleague could speak about that.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7821507\" data-originallang=\"fr\">For instance, if a company registered in Barbados, in a tax haven or in any other country in which the laws do not require the same transparency around the beneficial ownership of businesses, transparency ends when there is no transparency. If the business is held in a location where there is no transparency, that ultimately limits the possibility of obtaining all the information.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7821508\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Does my colleague have any ideas about what could be done to resolve this problem in the future?</p>",
