They said that a handgun freeze is absolutely one method of reducing access to these types of firearms, but they also qualified that by saying they support allowing law-abiding handgun owners to practise their sport.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7781665\" data-originallang=\"en\">The NDP is on the same side as the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police.</p>",
