"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"7714342\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, as I just said, we will vote in favour of Bill <a data-HoCid=\"11603137\" href=\"/bills/44-1/C-13/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Official Languages Act, to enact the Use of French in Federally Regulated Private Businesses Act and to make related amendments to other Acts\">C-13</a> because it does make some progress, particularly with regard to federally regulated businesses. It does not meet the demands or Quebec or our demands because, like the Government of Quebec, we are calling for Bill 101 to apply to federally regulated businesses. Such will not be the case. The businesses will get to choose.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7714343\" data-originallang=\"fr\">However, since several elements of Bill 101 have been incorporated in the Official Languages Act, the minister is hoping that businesses will decide to continue to comply with Bill 101 over the Official Languages Act. We will see what happens when the Official Languages Act is implemented.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7714344\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Minister Roberge also criticized the fact that all of the money is being spent on the anglophone side to support English and services in English in areas under provincial jurisdiction. I think that an agreement was reached on one thing, but the rest of the Official Languages Act is unacceptable for Quebec. It will merely speed up the English takeover of Quebec. We are going to rally the public so that we are able to amend this legislation for Quebec.</p>",

On verra ce qui se produira quand la Loi sur les langues officielles va \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7714344\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> Le ministre Roberge a aussi d\u00e9plor\u00e9 le fait que tout l'argent est vers\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 anglophone pour appuyer l'anglais et les services en anglais dans les secteurs de comp\u00e9tence provinciale. Je pense qu'il y a eu une entente sur un point, mais le reste de la Loi sur les langues officielles est inacceptable pour le Qu\u00e9bec. Elle va contribuer \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l'anglicisation. On va mobiliser les gens pour arriver \u00e0 modifier cette loi pour le Qu\u00e9bec.</p>"
