"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"7706576\" data-originallang=\"en\">Madam Speaker, this is the first time I have ever spoken where I have had members stand up three times and raise of points of order to try and delay the speech that I am making.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7706577\" data-originallang=\"en\"> I will sit down after making this final point, which is, again, the same point that I have been making. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7706578\" data-originallang=\"en\">This is a Senate public bill that is very important to the senator who is moving it. The Liberals and the NDP have very clearly tried to change it into something completely different than what it is. That is not acceptable, and I would encourage the Liberals and NDP that, if they feel very strongly about the things that they are bringing up and the ways that they want to change the bill, they move forward with government legislation as quickly as they can. We can have this conversation tomorrow if they choose to.</p>",
