When we get to committee, we can iron out some of the flaws that we have seen in Bill <a data-HoCid=\"11862853\" href=\"/bills/44-1/C-26/\" title=\"An Act respecting cyber security, amending the Telecommunications Act and making consequential amendments to other Acts\">C-26</a>. It is going to be important to focus on accountability and the member did not address that. That is where this bill can either succeed or fail. We need to ensure there is an accountability process for the government, so when it follows through with Bill <a data-HoCid=\"11862853\" href=\"/bills/44-1/C-26/\" title=\"An Act respecting cyber security, amending the Telecommunications Act and making consequential amendments to other Acts\">C-26</a>, we have a process and we can go back and say we need to tweak or change something because cybersecurity changes so fast.</p>",
