Nevertheless, these are difficult times for many Canadians. That is why we put in place the various measures I spoke about, in particular the doubling of the GST credit, the one-time top-up to the Canada housing benefit and the Canada workers benefit. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7577324\" data-originallang=\"fr\">We are stepping up for those most in need.</p>",
