        "en": "<p data-HoCid=\"8054428\" data-originallang=\"en\">Madam Speaker, I would agree with the member for <a data-HoCid=\"278442\" href=\"/politicians/garnett-genuis/\" title=\"Garnett Genuis\">Sherwood Park\u2014Fort Saskatchewan</a>, who made an eloquent speech on this very issue previously. It is outstanding to me that the Liberal government would think that the priority of what to do with the Ukrainian government right now is to try and impose a Canadian carbon tax on Ukraine and then, at the same time, vote against providing the ability of Canadian companies to establish free trade and manufacturing facilities back and forth in munitions, during an illegal war. There is a coalition between a former and still, really, KGB agent, Putin, who is in an unholy alliance with China and Iran, trying to attack these dictatorships and trying to attack democracy around the world.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8054429\" data-originallang=\"en\">The government has not banned and declared the Wagner Group, which is in this report, as a terrorist group. It has not abided by the resolution of this House for many years now, and still refuses to declare the IRGC as a terrorist group. I do not know why the government is so opposed to declaring these organizations as terrorist groups and letting them operate in Canada, while not providing our ally, Ukraine, what it needs.</p>",

Il y a une coalition entre un ancien agent du KGB, qui en fait en est toujours un, Poutine, qui est en ligue avec la Chine et l'Iran et qui tente d'attaquer ces dictatures et la d\u00e9mocratie aux quatre coins monde.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"8054429\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Le gouvernement n'a pas banni et d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le groupe Wagner, dont il est question dans le rapport, est un groupe terroriste. Cela fait de nombreuses ann\u00e9es qu'il ne respecte pas les r\u00e9solutions de la Chambre et il refuse encore d'ajouter le Corps des Gardiens de la r\u00e9volution islamique \u00e0 la liste des groupes terroristes. Je ne sais pas pourquoi le gouvernement est \u00e0 se point oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de d\u00e9clarer que ces organisations sont des groupes terroristes et pourquoi il les laisse mener leurs activit\u00e9s au Canada, tout en ne donnant pas \u00e0 notre alli\u00e9e, l'Ukraine, ce dont elle a besoin.</p>"
