Worse still, they are having to change their habits to get by. Today, on Halloween, members of the Bloc Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois are dressed up as Liberals and dipping into Quebeckers' wallets.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7987549\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Will this worn-out government stop dividing our country and scrap the carbon tax for all Canadians?</p>",
