They are stuck waiting there, because they have several holds and the delivery of grain and other bulk goods like coal is not efficient.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7220418\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Given that the harbour authorities have been created as stand-alone agencies at arm's length from the minister, what does the <a data-HoCid=\"271245\" href=\"/politicians/omar-alghabra/\" title=\"Omar Alghabra\">Minister of Transport</a> need to do to ensure that we get the port of Vancouver working efficiently? It hurts everyone from grain farmers in the prairies all the way through to my constituents in Saanich\u2014Gulf Islands.</p>",
