"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"7257125\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Madam Speaker, I thank my colleague for his comments and his very pertinent question.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7257126\" data-originallang=\"fr\">When we talk about cultural content, of course we think of the artists we see on stage, the actors and actresses in a TV series or film. They are the stars, the ones who go to galas and win awards. That is all fine, and we congratulate them.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7257127\" data-originallang=\"fr\">However, my colleague is quite right to point out that there is a whole industry behind the scenes, including stage technicians, people who look after the sound and lighting, and people who provide the food. There is the whole administrative side, including the accountants who work for the cultural industry, for example. There are dozens of quite different jobs, and these employees do not appear on screen. They are not the ones we see, but they are there and are driving the industry forward. Their jobs enable them to bring home an income to support their families, pay the rent and buy groceries. I think Bill <a data-HoCid=\"11528728\" href=\"/bills/44-1/C-11/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Broadcasting Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts\">C-11</a> is good news for all those people.</p>",

Ce ne sont pas ceux que l'on voit, mais ils sont l\u00e0 et font progresser l'industrie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur emploi, ils rapportent un revenu \u00e0 la maison pour faire vivre leur famille, pour payer le loyer et l'\u00e9picerie.
