It is called Acc\u00e8sLogis Qu\u00e9bec, and it is a very good program. Unfortunately, there is some uncertainty right now as to whether it will survive. Like everything else, it lacks funding.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7133444\" data-originallang=\"fr\">At the federal level, we should focus on programs that really work, such as the rapid housing initiative, the RHI. There are some interesting programs that work but that do not have a big impact on affordability. The RHI is a very good program. The problem is that there is not enough money in it.</p>",
