The question I have today for the member is regarding foreign aid.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7072417\" data-originallang=\"en\">We did see an $8-billion investment in our military. One of the things that I have mentioned in the House is that an increase in military aid is tied to an increase in humanitarian aid, because war is a failure of development and it is a failure of humanitarian action.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7072418\" data-originallang=\"en\">Would he be supportive of a call to tie our amount spent on defence to our amount spent on humanitarian aid?</p>",
