These are net costs, above and beyond the tiny rebates he has offered.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7450043\" data-originallang=\"en\">Now that he has the evidence, now that it is right here in a report from an officer he appointed, will he believe the facts and cancel the tax?</p>",
