Placing defibrillators in cruisers would save over 300 lives a year. That is 30 a month, so time is of the essence.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7374551\" data-originallang=\"en\">Therefore, when can we expect to learn that a decision has been made, one direction or the other?</p>",
