The federal government plays a supporting role, as it does with the health agreement. We are working together. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7348336\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Yes, health is a provincial jurisdiction, but that does not mean that we will not ensure that Canadians in Newfoundland, Quebec and western Canada benefit from the same health care standards and the same support.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"7348337\" data-originallang=\"fr\">We want to ensure that that support is available to all children aged 12 and under, both in Quebec and across Canada.</p>",
