That is absolutely true. I know those people; they live in my riding. I am in contact with them every day. I understand what that was about. I also understand that the situation changed and Canada continued to adapt.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6871433\" data-originallang=\"en\">I want to thank the member for <a data-HoCid=\"278656\" href=\"/politicians/marcus-powlowski/\" title=\"Marcus Powlowski\">Thunder Bay\u2014Rainy River</a>, who was absolutely helpful in raising the issue. We have constantly been engaged on the issue and will continue to be engaged on it.</p>",
