The 30 days, I will acknowledge, is rather arbitrary, but it does convey a sense of urgency.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6350521\" data-originallang=\"en\">This has been on the front burner, not the back burner, because it has been top of mind. If we read the newspapers and follow events around the world, governments have been dealing with this issue. Other governments have found a solution and have come to a conclusion. It is time for Canada to do so as well. I suspect the government does have a decision, but for some reason it is holding off on it.</p>",
