He has a long history, not just in this place but also in serving to protect the public interest.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6350628\" data-originallang=\"en\">One area that concerns me is that I believe, right out, that the government should say \u201cno way\u201d to Huawei, and follow with our Five Eyes partners. By simply not making the decision, we have billions of dollars of potential investment to upgrade Canadians' access to 5G technology and the government has not done anything.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6350629\" data-originallang=\"en\">Does the member believe that the government needs to be clear on this question, and the sooner the better, to allow these investments to be made?</p>",
