I want to ask the <a data-HoCid=\"245291\" href=\"/politicians/david-lametti/\" title=\"David Lametti\">minister</a> if he could comment on the influence of the Audrey Parker case, and what that means in the context of persons who would have been approved of a proceeding but not had the time to wait until they can give that final consent. What does that do in terms of this issue of people availing themselves of MAID prematurely?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6280462\" data-originallang=\"en\">As a second point, I would ask the <a data-HoCid=\"245291\" href=\"/politicians/david-lametti/\" title=\"David Lametti\">minister</a> to clarify whether this new bill would affect at all the conscience rights of medical practitioners, in terms of their being compelled to provide medical assistance in dying.</p>",
