There is always a language barrier, though he speaks more English than I speak French. I congratulate him on that.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6320342\" data-originallang=\"en\">I want to thank him for his speech because he has pointed out that the Liberals love to pat themselves on the back and mention that they have been doing the most amazing work and are going to pass the bill to recognize this particular day. However, as we can see in the community, there have not been great improvements over the last five years. In fact, a lot of things have gone backwards.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"6320343\" data-originallang=\"en\">I wonder if the member thinks the assessment I have made about the Liberals is correct.</p>",
