The problem is that the reality suggests otherwise.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5889488\" data-originallang=\"fr\">We are supposed to be reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, but from 2016 to 2017, they rose by eight million tonnes, and likely even more. A recent study shows that oil sands emissions were up to 37% higher than reported. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5889489\" data-originallang=\"fr\">When will the Liberals stop giving millions of dollars to rich oil companies and force them to be transparent with Canadians?</p>",
