I support this initiative. The NDP supports it wholeheartedly.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5884387\" data-originallang=\"en\">I respect that the <a data-HoCid=\"242093\" href=\"/politicians/arif-virani/\" title=\"Arif Virani\">parliamentary secretary</a> has quite properly pointed out the all-party support this bill has received, from Senator Ataullahjan, who has been a crusader for it in the other place, of course from the member for <a data-HoCid=\"214176\" href=\"/politicians/borys-wrzesnewskyj/\" title=\"Borys Wrzesnewskyj\">Etobicoke Centre</a>, and from the hon. Irwin Cotler.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5884388\" data-originallang=\"en\"> I wish to lend my support to the bill. I seconded it at second reading. I am not entirely sure all the amendments are necessary or warranted, but in principle we want to get it to the other place. We want it to be a legacy of this Parliament, so we can address what my friend the <a data-HoCid=\"242093\" href=\"/politicians/arif-virani/\" title=\"Arif Virani\">parliamentary secretary</a> properly called a \u201chorrendous crime\u201d. I support this without reservation and urge all members to support it as soon as we can get it out of here.</p>",

J'appuie ce projet de loi sans r\u00e9serve et j'encourage tous les d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e0 l'appuyer dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais pour qu'il puisse \u00eatre transmis \u00e0 l'autre endroit.</p>"
