The government talks about how we must move forward, yet the bill itself does not require us to work with provincial or municipal governments or the communities to realize accessibility.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5528834\" data-originallang=\"en\">I wonder if the member could comment on that, and whether or not we should make that change at committee.</p>",
