"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"5525263\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, I rise today to present two petitions.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5525264\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Yesterday, a number of the same petitions as my first one were presented by other members of Parliament, I think representing cross-party concerns, as represented by petitioners.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5525265\" data-originallang=\"en\">The petitioners ask that the House act to protect the rights of all children, even those children whose parents have been incarcerated or who are otherwise suffering from addictions; that all children should receive the Canada child benefit and child special allowances; and that standards be set to ensure no children are excluded in the country.</p>",
