They risk being barred from entry for life for participating in a legal act. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5408482\" data-originallang=\"en\">The AFN says the government has failed to respect first nations sovereignty or ensure the meaningful participation of indigenous communities in the cannabis market.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5408483\" data-originallang=\"en\"> With time running out, when will the Liberals provide real solutions to these critical issues?</p>",
