It is a sentiment I feel on this side of the House. However, we have to look further and deeper into this.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5691134\" data-originallang=\"en\"> In 2006, we had a Harper government come to power saying that everything was going to be great and Canada was going to be an energy superpower, yet the Conservatives did not build one inch of pipeline to new markets. Also, if I look at the Conservatives' regulatory changes in 2012, which they said would allow us to move forward on energy projects, they clearly and in no uncertain terms did not work. Hence, we are here in this position today. It is why the northern gateway stalled, as well the Trans Mountain pipeline. Their process did not work.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5691135\" data-originallang=\"en\">Let us be clear. Our government is moving forward. Will the changes we are making in terms of moving forward the right way on the Trans Mountain pipeline, as well as having one project, one review going forward, not lead to more success than the failure of the decade under the Harper government?</p>",

De toute \u00e9vidence, ces changements n'ont rien donn\u00e9. C'est pour cela que nous sommes dans cette situation aujourd'hui. C'est pour cette raison que les projets d'ol\u00e9oduc Northern Gateway et Trans Mountain ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9s. L'approche des conservateurs n'a pas fonctionn\u00e9.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5691135\" data-originallang=\"en\">Le gouvernement actuel fait des progr\u00e8s. En effet, il apporte les changements qui s'imposent pour faire avancer le projet d'ol\u00e9oduc Trans Mountain, et il fait en sorte qu'il y ait un seul examen par projet \u00e0 partir de maintenant.
