Normally, mediators and arbitrators seek to find a fair solution for all parties. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5679812\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> Why, then, does my colleague from <a data-HoCid=\"214211\" href=\"/politicians/gabriel-ste-marie/\" title=\"Gabriel Ste-Marie\">Joliette</a> think that the bill will benefit the employer to the detriment of the union?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5679813\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> I would also like to comment on a point raised by the hon. member for <a data-HoCid=\"214102\" href=\"/politicians/alexandre-boulerice/\" title=\"Alexandre Boulerice\">Rosemont\u2014La Petite-Patrie</a>. It is true that some mail service is maintained, but not so much in the north. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5679814\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> Should we throw the north under the bus so that the strike can continue?</p>",
