The government of that day did not challenge that decision. In fact, McClintic remains in a medium-security correctional facility today.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5545230\" data-originallang=\"en\">I have asked the commissioner of corrections to review every dimension of this case to ensure the proper process was followed and also to determine whether the policies applicable are the correct ones or do they need to be changed.</p>",
