First, frankly, I cannot believe that the public transit tax credit has been eliminated. That was an ecological, green measure. It was something for the most humble workers among us who take the bus to work. That is what the Liberal government is eliminating. If someone had told me it was going to do this, I would never have believed it, so little sense does it make.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4931513\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> On the subject of the infrastructure bank, unlike the NDP, we see no problem with private partnerships or foreign investment. The difference is that it has to be profitable for Canadians. That is why we created a tool called \u201cPPP Canada\u201d. That tool enabled us to screen projects so we could select the best ones, that would have benefited Canadians, and for which the private sector could have made its contribution without hurting Canadians.</p>",

Si on m'avait dit qu'il allait le faire, je ne l'aurais jamais cru tellement cela n'a pas de sens.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4931513\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Au sujet de la Banque de l'infrastructure, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence du NPD, nous ne voyons pas de probl\u00e8me au partenariat priv\u00e9 ni \u00e0 l'investissement \u00e9tranger. La diff\u00e9rence, c'est qu'il faut que ce soit rentable pour les Canadiens. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous avions cr\u00e9\u00e9 un outil appel\u00e9 \u00ab PPP Canada \u00bb. Cet outil nous permettait de prendre un tamis pour nous permettre de choisir les meilleurs projets, qui auraient b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 aux Canadiens \u00e9taient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et pour lesquels l'entreprise priv\u00e9e pouvait offrir son concours sans l\u00e9ser les Canadiens.</p>"
