If it did not use time allocation, and instead had a thorough debate with amendments here, then it actually might be able to get its legislative agenda through faster, and members of Parliament could be more involved in debate. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4878946\" data-originallang=\"en\">What does the member think of that reality?</p>",
