She may have noted from the outset that I did broadly agree and support the aims of the bill, but the important issue at stake, the issue of the secret ballot, is such that it renders the rest of the bill, unfortunately, unworthy of support. Bill <a data-HoCid=\"8073132\" href=\"/bills/42-1/C-4/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act, the Public Service Labour Relations Act and the Income Tax Act\">C-4</a>, as well, is unworthy of support. It is not too late for the government to fix both bills at once.</p>",
