We are working on our governance. We are taking the steps necessary both to resolve it in the short term and also to have a state-of-the-art pay system in the long term. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5187780\" data-originallang=\"en\">We are doing what we can, and quite frankly, we are working very closely with the unions, because this problem will be solved by public servants for public servants. </p>",
