"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"5103515\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, I was astounded when the <a data-HoCid=\"229528\" href=\"/politicians/bill-blair/\" title=\"Bill Blair\">Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Health</a> waxed philosophically about how smoking was absolutely harmful. I asked him how the government could introduce legislation concerning marijuana if it was harmful and it was trying to reduce harm. There seemed to be absolutely no answer.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5103516\" data-originallang=\"en\">From a public education point of view, it is clear from jurisdictions that have legalized marijuana, the targeted education is to young people, to very young people, and to parents and influences of young people. Those three demographics are targets. We need to educate young people before they get into the 12 to 17 years when they can possess up to five grams. I am really hammering that five grams because it is the wrong message to be sending. Zero grams is the right amount.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5103517\" data-originallang=\"en\">We need to have all of those things brought forward. Parents need to be educated as well. I do not think they are aware of what is in this legislation or what is in the marijuana legislation, but there are definitely unintended consequences in both.</p>",

Voil\u00e0 les groupes \u00e0 cibler. Il faut sensibiliser les enfants avant qu'ils aient 12 ans et qu'ils puissent \u00eatre en possession de cinq grammes de cannabis. J'insiste vraiment pour dire que cinq grammes, ce n'est absolument pas le message \u00e0 leur envoyer. La bonne quantit\u00e9 qui devrait \u00eatre permise, c'est z\u00e9ro gramme.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"5103517\" data-originallang=\"en\">Il faut que toutes ces mesures soient prises. Il faut aussi bien informer les parents. Je ne pense pas qu'ils savent ce que pr\u00e9voient ce projet de loi et celui qui porte sur la marijuana, surtout qu'ils ont tous deux des cons\u00e9quences impr\u00e9vues. </p>"
